Badun was said to be 14 years old in 2018.
A walrus with name Badun was housed at Qingdao Haichang Polar Ocean Park in 2007 -- it is likely, considering the walrus's apparent age at the time and the fact that Chengdu opened three years later, that this walrus is the same animal. I make this assumption here.
