This facility previously held at least two walruses -- a bull and a cow -- from their trial opening on October 1st, 2018 up until the pair's last known sighting at the park on November 11th, 2021. These individuals are believed to have been transferred to Quanzhou Europark Ocean Kingdom Paradise prior to January 2nd, 2022.

There are a great deal of variations on the name of this park; basic components used are the location ('Yongtai' County within 'Fuzhou' City -- sometimes both terms are used together, sometimes they're used independently of each other), the brand ('Europark', frequently omitted), and the theme ('Ocean/Sea' 'World', with 'Polar' often preceding or following Ocean).
