This pup was the first to be born in Belgium.

A naming contest for this pup was launched on June 1st, 2021, with the choices being Kenai, for the Alaskan peninsula; Ragnar, meaning "warrior"; Floki, for the first Viking to travel to Iceland; and Tyr, for the god of war and justice in Germanic mythology, sometimes said to be, like the pup, the son of Odin and brother of Thor. On June 4th it was announced that the calf had been named Floki.
