Notes and Information

This calf was born at 6:37 pm on May 24th, 2023, and died at 7:07 am on May 28th.

The calf was born around a month early, but the birth and recovery went well and the calf had been confirmed to be nursing on his second day before his sudden passing.

He was noted in one article to have been bleeding from his navel, which the park stated may have contributed to his death.
