Notes and Information
This walrus was imported as a group of four in 1968, with three being named Herbie, Julie, and Winnie -- unfortunately, I am not certain which names go with which individuals, although it is possible that this individual would have been 'Herbie', named for head keeper Herb Foerster.
To the best of my understanding, none of these pups survived their first year, with the last death being Julie's on December 16th of 1968.
This individual was the third of the four 1968 imports to arrive in St. Louis.
