Seahook's date of capture and subsequent transfer to SeaWorld San Diego was changed from May 17th to May 9th from the 2004 to 2018 studbooks.

While the 2018 studbook lists Seahook's date of death as April 12th, another document lists her death as March 20th.

The same document says this about her death: "SWC-Ord-7806 was euthanized at approximately 37 years of age due to chronically deteriorating overall condition. Post mortem examination revealed metastatic cancer with no infectious agent identified." Her cause of death was listed as "metastatic neuroendocrine cancer".
