The earliest record I have of this walrus being housed at Dalian is October 2007, though she may just as well have been at the park since her import into China at some point during or after 2001. An article published in November 2007 states that she had been performing for two years; it does not specify whether this was the time she'd spent performing at Dalian specifically or if it was the general time she'd performed in front of an audience following training.
I am not certain at this time of the exact date this walrus was transferred to Shanghai; the earliest evidence I have of the transfer is a video of her performing at Shanghai uploaded to social media platform Weibo on February 6th, 2019.
